Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required in order to secure your event date and is always non-refundable. Until your deposit is paid, we reserve the right to not accept your order or to cancel your order. Being a small business, Little Owl Cooking Company is only able to take a very limited number of orders for any given week.  We must often decline other orders in order to secure your place--in doing so we ensure that every order we take gets the proper amount of attention devoted to it.

If cancellation is requested 1 month or more prior to order date, 75% of your order deposit will be returned to you as store credit only valid for one year starting from the date of cancellation. This credit can be used towards future orders only. (No cash refunds).

If cancellation is requested within 3 full days or 72 hours notice, 50% of your order deposit will be returned to you as store credit only. This credit can be used towards future orders only valid for one year starting from the date of cancellation. (No cash refunds).

If cancellation is not requested within 3 full days or 72 hours notice, no partial credit will be received. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions for any reason. 

*Customers receiving store credit have their credit stored for one year on file

* After one year from the cancellation date, store credits expire
